My name is James Armour, and I am the owner of Unity of Three Massage and Bodywork.  My interest in bodywork and healing started very early in life,  when I began studying trigger points in middle school and subsequently helping friends and family ease the pain of their sore muscles.

In 1999 I decided to take my massage and bodywork interests and pursue them professionally.  I later found this to be a natural progression of my martial arts practice, for many of my friends and co-practitioners were also studying to become chiropractors, massage therapists, doctors, or acupuncturists.

In my career I have worked at high-end spas, with medical doctors, elite athletes and sports teams, as well as clients simply looking to feel better and maintain their health with great bodywork.  I love what I do and constantly strive to learn more about my field and broaden my scope of practice, and I promise you will notice the difference in my work!

Here are a few of the issues I have helped my clients overcome:

- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)
