My name is James Armour, and from my earliest memories I wanted to help others.  At age 5 I wanted to be a veterinarian, and that interest gradually shifted to people.  A key turning point for me was learning about trigger points while I was in middle school, and how by using them I was able to help bring pain relief to family members and friends.

In 1999, as an extension of my martial arts practice I decided to pursue my healing and bodywork interests professionally.  I later found this to be a natural progression for many practitioners, as many of my friends and co-practitioners were also studying to become chiropractors, massage therapists, doctors, and acupuncturists.

In my career I have worked at high-end spas, with medical doctors, elite athletes and sports teams, as well as clients simply looking to feel better and maintain their health and well-being.  I love what I do and and am constantly educating myself to learn new and better ways to bring health and healing to my clients.  I'm sure you will feel the difference in my work!

Here are a few of the issues I have helped my clients overcome:

- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS)
- Muscle aches and fatigue
- Scar tissue/muscle adhesions
- Frozen shoulder
- General postural distortions
- Temporomandibular Joint disorders (TMJ)
- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)
- Persistent headaches
- Plantar fascitis
- Knee Pain and tight IT bands
- Sciatica
- Fibromyalgia
- Trigger finger/toe
- Tennis/Golf elbow
- Acute stress
- Chronic joint and muscular pain
- Nerve Entrapment
